I am not a chef or an inventor of recipes; I'm just a mom who cooks for her family on a regular basis. I was raised to be mindful of nutrition and now as I raise my family, I aspire to do the same. I like to follow recipes, sometimes "adjusting" them based on my own nutritional and taste preferences. I also wing it (a lot) in the kitchen; sometimes this works out, sometimes...not!
